You pay one all-in hourly bill rate per worker that covers their wage, payroll taxes, workers’ compensation, and our service. Rates vary by role, skill level, and market, and your branch provides a clear quote with no hidden fees.
Is Lingo Staffing free for job seekers?
Yes. Working with Lingo is always free for job seekers — staffing agencies are paid by the employers who hire, never by the workers we place. Browse openings or contact your nearest branch, and we pay weekly once you’re working.
What’s the difference between temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire?
Temporary workers stay on Lingo’s payroll for a defined need. Temp-to-hire is a working trial before an employer converts them to their own payroll. Direct hire is permanent from day one; for leadership and professional roles we use our Lingo Professional division.
