Most common light-industrial and clerical roles can be filled quickly — often within the same week — through the local branch that serves your market. Larger or specialized crews take a bit longer as we recruit to your exact spec.
What does it cost to use Lingo Staffing?
You pay one all-in hourly bill rate per worker that includes their wage, payroll taxes, workers’ compensation, and our service. Rates vary by role, skill level, and market — your branch will provide a clear quote with no hidden fees.
What’s the difference between temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire?
Temporary workers stay on Lingo’s payroll for a defined need. Temp-to-hire is a working trial before you convert them to your payroll. Direct hire is permanent from day one. For professional and leadership direct-hire searches, we use our Lingo Professional division.
What if a worker isn’t the right fit?
Tell your branch right away. We’ll work with you to find a replacement and keep your shift covered — we want the placement to work as much as you do.
Who handles payroll, taxes, and workers’ comp?
Lingo does. Temporary and temp-to-hire workers are on our payroll, so taxes, workers’ compensation, general liability, and OSHA compliance are our responsibility.
